Rokuhara-style kushiage is not simply skewered and deep-fried, but is an authentic Kamigata-style kushiage made by pre-cooking carefully selected ingredients, coating them in a secret batter, and deep-frying them until they are crispy and low in calories.
You can also enjoy our four signature Rokuhara sauces.
The restaurant has been designed to accommodate a variety of occasions, so it can be used for a variety of purposes, such as with friends, as a couple, with family, for business meetings, or for banquets.

The first representative, Yoshiko Hojo, opened the authentic Kamigata-style kushiage restaurant "Rokuhara" at its current location together with head chef Hidejiro Yamaguchi.
April 1989 (Heisei 1)
Rokuhara Limited Company established
August 1999
Masako Hojo becomes the second representative director
2001 (Heisei 13)
Kyoto cuisine restaurant "Hojo" opens
April 2008 (Heisei 20)
The store was expanded (integrated renovation) and reopened.
August 2009 (Heisei 21)
The seating area was expanded, and the restaurant focused on skewers only, and Kyo-kushi "Rokuhara" was completed.
