Rokuhara style is authentic Kamigata-style skewered food, made by covering carefully selected seasonal ingredients in a secret batter and frying them until they are fluffy, crispy, and healthy.
The way to eat it is "omakase" style, where you can enjoy the crispy fried skewers with special sauce, salt, sauce, or soy sauce, and when you feel full, just say "stop."


All ingredients are cooked in Kyoto-style dashi to suit each ingredient.

Rokuhara's secret batter brings out the flavor of the ingredients
This is the work of the fritters. The fritters are made by combining a variety of secret ingredients, and the trick is to make them fluffy and soft. And the fritters are evenly coated so that the flavor of the ingredients is not lost.
