Rokuhara style is authentic Kamigata-style skewered food, made by covering carefully selected seasonal ingredients in a secret batter and frying them until they are fluffy, crispy, and healthy.
The way to eat it is "omakase" style, where you can enjoy the crispy fried skewers with special sauce, salt, sauce, or soy sauce, and when you feel full, just say "stop."

All ingredients are prepared using Kyoto-style broth, tailored to each individual ingredient.

The deliciousness of skewers depends on the quality of the ingredients.
We source only the finest ingredients from Toyosu Market every morning.
Prioritizing seasonal ingredients, our menu is crafted with a balanced mix of flavorful meats, seafood, and vegetables to ensure our customers never tire of the taste buds.

Secret Robe
The secret to bringing out the best in the ingredients is Rokuhara's special batter, "fritters." The key to these fritters, perfected with a combination of secret ingredients, is to make them light and fluffy. And the evenly applied fritters ensure that the delicious flavors of the ingredients are not lost.

Finishing
The final touch is the carefully selected breadcrumbs and high-quality lard. Whether or not we can deliver the ingredients coated by the "fritter" process to our customers in the best possible condition depends on the teamwork of the crispy fried breadcrumbs and the rich flavor and umami created by the lard.

Craftsmanship
"Ingredients," "fritters," and "lard"—of course, all of these are essential to Rokuhara's kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers). However, even with the finest ingredients, delicious kushikatsu cannot be made without the skills of craftsmen who have cultivated their techniques over many years.
